Refund & Return Policy — YARDECO

At YARDECO, customer satisfaction is important to us. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described below and applicable law.

1. 30-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the product was delivered.

Customers must contact YARDECO before sending any item back.

2. How to Request a Return

• Date the product was received

• Reason for return

• Photographs, where applicable

Please do not send products to our business address unless YARDECO has specifically provided return instructions.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products should generally be:

• Unused and undamaged

• In their original condition

• Properly packaged

• Returned with all included accessories and components

Customers should take reasonable care of products while they are in their possession.

4. Product Variations

Certain products may naturally vary in color, texture, finish, dimensions, appearance, or other characteristics due to materials, manufacturing processes, or display settings.

Such variations are not automatically considered defects. However, this does not affect customers' rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged, please contact YARDECO promptly.

We may request photographs of the product, its packaging, and any visible damage to help assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair, replacement component, or refund.

6. Defective Products

If a product has a qualifying manufacturing defect or is materially different from its description, please contact us.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Incorrect Products

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us with your order details.

Depending on the circumstances, YARDECO may arrange a replacement, return, refund, or another appropriate solution.

8. Return Shipping

For standard returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

For products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially not as described, YARDECO will review the circumstances and arrange return shipping in accordance with applicable law.

9. Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, YARDECO will process the applicable refund.

We generally aim to process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

10. Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the reason for return, the shipping service selected, the circumstances of the order, and applicable law.

11. Non-Returnable Circumstances

A return under our voluntary return policy may be declined where a product has been:

• Significantly damaged after delivery due to customer handling

• Modified or altered

• Improperly assembled, where applicable

• Subjected to unreasonable handling

• Returned without prior authorization

These conditions do not exclude any statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.

12. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact YARDECO as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before dispatch. If an order has already shipped, our return policy and applicable cancellation rights will apply.
